The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. We feel a tremendous responsibility to do our part in these trying times to decrease exposure to the coronavirus, while still maintaining the highest quality product and customer service. To achieve these goals, we are staying on top of the COVID-19 pandemic and diligently following all CDC and NMDOH guidelines.

To honor our commitment to patients, staff, and their families, we are taking the following sanitary precautions at all retail locations:
- At any sign of illness, we ask staff to go home.
- Patients experiencing or showing any symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to leave the facility. We may ask anyone who is coughing or sneezing to leave the facility at any moment.
- We’ve increased the frequency by which we clean bathrooms, countertops, seating, and door handles throughout the day.
- To increase space for individual patients during wait times, we’ve removed unnecessary items from larger areas.
- To prevent potential contact with germs, we’ve removed all interactive displays and smell jars.
- Patient care consultants are required to wear gloves during all transactions.
- We have temporarily shut down public restrooms.
We will keep you updated through email and digital media as often as possible, as we use this time to implement much-needed updates.
